You are presented with a set of physical exercises for which points are awarded. These exercises can replace morning exercises or warm you up for a more intense workout.
According to the results of the NITS study, after 6 weeks you should notice a slight weight loss. Exercises have no age restrictions and do not require additional equipment. You are working with your weight. In one workout, you will lose about 110 calories.
